What are credits?

Credits are the units used to process image conversions. One image costs 1 credit. Batch conversions cost 1 credit per file.

What is the difference between Subscription and Pay-as-you-go?

Subscriptions include monthly credits and unlock batch processing while active. Pay-as-you-go lets you purchase credits without a recurring fee.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Free and signed-out users can convert without limits, but each run supports only one image, and peak hours may require queueing.

How long do purchased credits stay active?

Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription access lasts for the active billing period.

Can I upgrade or change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Pricing page. We apply changes with no proration, so there is no immediate charge or refund. The new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle, and your credits update then.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?
