What are credits?
Credits are the units used to process image conversions. One image costs 1 credit. Batch conversions cost 1 credit per file.
Which plans include the API?
Plus and Enterprise include API access; Pro does not. Create keys in Account → API access. Submit images as asynchronous jobs and download Excel, CSV or JSON results. Web and API conversions share your plan's credits.
Does every teammate need a paid subscription?
No. The owner needs Enterprise, which includes 3 seats with the owner. Invite teammates to use one shared credit balance with their own accounts. Owners and admins manage members; the owner manages billing and additional seats.
How do extra seats and shared credits work?
The owner adds seats in Account → Team for $5 per person monthly or $50 yearly, matching the team's billing cycle. Pending invitations reserve seats. Extra seats share the existing credit balance and do not add credits. Confirm the payment details before a paid change takes effect.
What is included in a subscription?
Subscriptions include monthly credits and unlock batch processing, peak-hour priority, no verification prompts, and an ad-free experience while active.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Free and signed-out users get 2 free single conversions per day. Each free conversion supports one image, and peak hours may require queueing.
How long do subscription credits stay active?
Subscription credits and paid access last for the active billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over after the period ends.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Pricing page. We apply changes with no proration, so there is no immediate charge or refund. The new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle, and your credits update then.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Please use the free tier first to verify that it fits your needs before purchasing. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, so choose the plan that suits you best.
