Is there a free trial?

Yes. Free and signed-out users get 10 free single conversions per day. Each free conversion supports one image, and peak hours may require queueing.

How long do subscription credits stay active?

Subscription credits and paid access last for the active billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over after the period ends.

Can I upgrade or change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Pricing page. We apply changes with no proration, so there is no immediate charge or refund. The new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle, and your credits update then.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?
